How do we collect your data?
You directly provide IIIF with most of the data we collect. Examples of how we collect and process data include when you:
- Apply to join the IIIF Consortium
- Subscribe to a IIIF mailing list
- Register for a IIIF webinar, workshop or event
- Voluntarily complete a survey
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
IIIF may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:
- Mailchimp (mailing list)
- Zoom (webinar platform)
- Eventbrite (event registration)
- Google (Drive and Groups)

Online payment information
IIIF uses external services (such as Eventbrite or Paypal) for event payment processing. Any payment information you submit is collected and used by those companies in accordance with their privacy policies, which can be found at their respective websites. IIIF does not handle your online payment information.
Who will my information be shared with?
IIIF will not share your personal information with any third party unless we have your consent or are required by law to do so.
We want to make sure that your personal data is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct information you think is inaccurate or remove information.
